Organization

With the help of the president and the vice president, recruit additional volunteers, including a membership campaign coordinator, to assist in the execution of action team programs and activities.
The Organization Action Team is charged with developing, implementing, and advancing Farm Bureau member services promotion and participation, annual budget, annual audit, annual procedure audit, annual meeting of members, board nominations, code of regulations, member leadership development and Farm Bureau investments.
Assist in executing a membership campaign that incorporates a volunteer and Nationwide agent effort. Support membership recruitment activities with the membership coordinator.
Develop a program of work that focuses on the strength of the Farm Bureau organization, engaging, recruiting and developing new members and developing potential new leadership.
Lead the Farm Bureau organization program in achieving annual goals.
